Do you charge for shipping and sales tax?
We ship our products through major parcel carriers and offer various levels of expediency. If you need something sooner, reach out to us to check availability, but often times we can overnight or expedite orders for an added fee. We only charge state sales tax for orders in Texas, where we are legally required to because of our headquarters location. If you have a tax-exemption certificate, send it on over and we’ll take care of it.
I don’t see my unit or the product I am looking for?
Sounds to us like the perfect opportunity to develop a product to meet your specific needs! Don’t let the custom order scare you away. We are happy to continually evolve and add new products and units. Shoot us a message at info@jollypedro.com to get started.
Can I create a design without committing to purchase?
Sure! We get it, sometimes it takes a committee to get a project across the finish line. We integrate design costs into your bulk purchase so there is no extra fees. However, if you are merely looking for a design without the commitment of a large purchase shoot us a message at info@jollypedro.com and we can work out an agreement for design work at a modest fee.
How long before my package arrives?
There are many variables that determine when a package will arrive, the biggest being the product ordered. All of our lithos are printed in house and usually ship within a few days. Apparel is drop shipped usually within a week. Patches, coins, keychains, etc. are made to order and can take upwards of a month for manufacture. Rest assured, all products will ship as quickly as reasonably possible. Detailed tracking information will be emailed for every order.
